Task

It was necessary to develop a convenient site that emphasized the image of an industry representative.

Solution and progress

Stage 1

To study the navigation through the site, an analysis of the user scenario was carried out. The results of the study showed that customers and partners lack information about the company. On the new site, we tried to shift the focus from the company's capabilities to creating trust - a description of the company's activities, partners, cases.

Stage 2

The development of the new style began with the logo, it was decided not to radically change the logo in order to maintain its recognition, but to add new meanings to it. A more readable font is made in the logo, as well as removed barcode from the design, because it takes customers to the association "trade and accounting,".

When developing a new style, they pushed away from the word "network," taking benzene rings as a basis. The logo and design of the site have new meanings: connection, reliability, stability.

Stage 3

Based on the study, 4 main factors influencing the decision-making of the target audience were identified, and special attention was paid to the design of these site elements:

  • cases, letters of thanks (company reliability);
  • logos of large retail chains (trust in the company);
  • figures, indicators, results (company performance);
  • geography of operations (scale of the company).

Stage 4

The main task is to convey information about the company to the client as fully and clearly as possible.

On the first screen, customers are introduced to the activities of the company, it was also decided to abandon the "Leave a request" button, the client immediately goes to the "About the company" page.

Special attention was paid to the "About the Company" page, the design of blocks introducing customers to the company was worked out: history, geography of activities, team, etc.

Stage 5

It was necessary to convey to users that the company is "keeping up with the times," in addition to special and modern design, attention was paid to detail - micro-interaction with the user was worked out.

Result

An image site has been created that meets the needs and expectations of users and emphasizes the company's position in the BTL and indoor advertising market.
