Implementation of 1C: Motor Vehicle Management in Stroygazconsulting holding

Stroygazconsulting together with the partner in implementation of "1C:VDGB" automated managerial and operational accounting in transport divisions of construction holding based on the software product 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8

For automation of managerial and operational accounting in transport divisions of Stroygazconsulting LLC, the management of holding selected 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 software product, the industry solution developed on 1C: Enterprise platform. Program 1C is intended for implementation in the motor transportation enterprises and the organizations and also in the other enterprises using motor transport for own needs (for example trade organizations, manufacturing enterprises, etc.).

Works on automation of accounting of the enterprise based on the industry program 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 are carried out by 1C:VDGB company. As a result of implementation the management of Stroygazconsulting holding had an opportunity to use modern and reliable instruments of receiving and information analysis, necessary for acceptance of management decisions and ensuring accounting of activity of transport divisions of holding. Thanks to architecture of 1C: Enterprise platform 8, business processes of the 1C software product perfectly adapt under requirements of the specific enterprise. • calculate normative and actual fuel consumption;
• keep account of fuel consumption for cars with an unlimited number of the equipment and trailers;
• calculate developments in waybills by different parameters. Key parameters (a run, load weight, goods turnover, time in a dress, in idle time, etc.) are predetermined in a system. Using reference books it is possible to configure any any settings of development and further to analyze this information;
• keep simultaneous account of the fuel purchased by different methods.

Now the works on implementation are completed. The 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 program is installed without significant changes as the functionality of a standard configuration appeared enough.
