The main task is to create a stylish site that arouses confidence and interest among future students, as well as emphasizes the status of the educational institution.

Implementation of the assigned tasks

Create a design that matches the status

During the search for a solution to this problem, two design concepts were developed, created by leading designers, radically different from each other.

The first had a more standard grid and was made in bright and light colors. The second was made in dark colors, with a non-standard grid and correlated as much as possible with the colors of the site of the institute itself.

During the discussion, the choice was made in favor of the second option. The approved concept is saturated with graphic material. For example, a colorful slider depicting the cities where the Institute's campuses are located decorated the main page. Detailed pages of campuses with the ability to walk around their premises using 3D tours.

Find and match programs using the wizard

The second key task was to organize convenient search and selection of programs. The visitor receives a description of the program, admission requirements and cost. The catalog configurator offers the user the most profitable options from 50 curricula. For filtering, parameters are defined by which the user can find the program of interest and satisfying his requests: Direction, Specialty, Campus, Program type, Language. Each field is codependent with each other, and the possibility of zero sampling is also excluded, which makes it easier to find the desired program. The found programs are located on a separate page in the form of cards, which at times makes the visual presentation of programs more interesting and pleasant.

Organization of operational interaction

The final task was to organize the operational interaction of managers from the customer and site users. Feedback forms are implemented on each page with which the user interacts. In addition, feedback forms were integrated on the customer's website and CRM. The result of this integration was the sending of messages in the format approved by the customer and the transfer of such information: Name, Phone, Mail, Message, Page, City, Manager Data, which also changes depending on the city

Result

The customer received a modern and stylish solution. The site is optimized and works equally quickly both on the desktop and on mobile devices, which is important for the main target audience of the project - young people looking for themselves.
