NaviCon Group completed the main project phase of implementation of the CRM system in football club "Spartak".

Project objective and basis for the solution

Increase in efficiency of relationship of club with fans will be provided with the solution NaviCon FRM developed based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Implementation

The NaviCon FRM system helped to solve current problems of club. In particular, within project implementation the uniform base of fans was created. Integration of a system into the official portal of club is implemented. Information communications with a booking system are created that gives the chance to see what tickets and subscriptions were purchased by the fan. Collected data are analyzed and used for creation of programs of loyalty and building of better relationship with fans. In particular, thanks to solution integration with the official portal and a booking system, there was an opportunity to buy the card of the fan, having sent a request directly from the website – data are automatically fixed in the CRM system.

Fact

FC Spartak Moscow one of the first among domestic clubs implemented a FRM system (fan relationship managment) – the specialized solution of NaviCon Group company for automation of work with fans on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
