The Cognitive Technologies company announced the beginning of sales of new system configuration of electronic document management and business process automation of EVFRAT for interaction management with partners. The new solution was received by the name "Partners". The term "partners" is meant as any economic actors with whom the organization conducts active work (clients, partners, suppliers, branches of the organization, etc.).

Unlike the traditional CRM systems, the Partners configuration of the EUPHRATES system allows not only to keep the customer accounting and to fix stages of work with them, but also provides support of the processes of document flow arising during interaction between the organization and partners. All works on preparation and approval of different documents and also issue of tasks and instructions to employees are carried out with a binding to the specific partner.

Possibilities of a new configuration:

• maintaining uniform base of partners;
• accounting, planning and interaction management with partners;
• control of activity of managers of sales department;
• maintaining history of the procurements conducted by partners;
• hands-off processing of the addresses coming to the organization;
• preparation, accounting and analysis of marketing efforts;
• automatic creation, the documents used during the work with partners (commercial offers, agreements, protocols, acts of the performed works, etc.), on templates.

Integration into the general workflow system allows to connect work with partners with other documents (letters, agreements, invoices, etc.). In case of a business trip, a disease, holidays or dismissals of the manager work with the partner it is possible to transfer to other employee easily.

For convenience of work of heads in a configuration the special settings allowing to get quick access to all information on partners are implemented. The head of sales department can quickly estimate employee performance by this or that criterion, using different reports, for example, "The report on the history of purchases" or "The magazine of implementation of calls".

Use of new system configuration of EVFRAT allows to exclude cases of plunder of base of partners at dismissal of the manager working with it and to avoid cases when several employees illegally interact with the partner. Differentiation of access rights to information in a system can be configured according to the information security policy approved in the organization.

The Partners configuration contains tools for accounting of long-run job with the partner at all stages of interaction with it, including stages of execution of long-term contracts. In case the staff of different departments of the organization is involved in work, a system accumulates information on work with the partner in uniform base.
