The main problem of MSW landfills using reverse osmosis plants for wastewater treatment is the low life of standard membrane roll filter elements (RFE) due to rapid pollution and insufficient strength.

To solve this problem, RM Nanotech specialists have developed a series of membrane roll filter elements - Membranium nanoRO S. The import-substituting solution, created specifically for wastewater treatment, has an enhanced design, increased resistance to "complex" wastewater, and also ensures compliance with the quality requirements of permeate.

Compared to standard RFEs, the new elements have an enhanced design due to an increase in the thickness of the fiberglass sheath, the use of an enhanced roving brand, the introduction of a threaded connection of an antibody disk and a filter tube, and also have a modernized selective membrane layer that provides reduced adsorption capacity and thermal stability up to 40 ° C.

Membrane nanoRO S web filter elements have already proven themselves in the most complex facilities, fully fulfilling the assigned technological tasks, ensuring the highest degree of wastewater treatment and reducing the negative impact on the environment.
