Now each agent of Sovcombank Life will be able to sign an agreement with the company, an additional agreement to it and acts on the provision of services and remuneration instantly, in electronic form. Prior to this, the process of exchanging signed originals took up to 1.5 months.

The company made the process completely remote due to the introduction of mobile document management technology from residents Skolkovo"" - the Nopaper service. The peculiarity of the decision is that the signature is stored smartphone in and to obtain it, the agent does not need to go to, certification center buy a token.

Traditionally, it is difficult and costly to connect financial advisers to the EDO system, because for each of them you need to issue an electronic signature in the certification center. This procedure is quite time consuming, often taking about a week, and the agent does not always reach its final stage. At the same time, documents signed in the service are accepted by the tax authorities.
