"1C: The chronograph PROF School 3.0" - joint development of 1C Company and Hronobus company - represents the new version of a multifunction information system of electronic document management and control automation by primary activity of the educational institution (EI) and 1C is logical development of the program ": The chronograph PROF School 2.5", the Russian Federation delivered in all schools as a part of a standard (basic) software package "First Aid 1.0" and "First Aid 2.0".

The configuration provides not only succession of databases and full implementation of functionality of the previous versions, but also contains a large number of again developed algorithms and mechanisms focused on implementation of requirements of a national educational initiative "Our new school" on the organization and quality evaluation of activity of educational institutions.

1C: Chronograph missile defense School 2.5

"1C: The chronograph PROF School 2.5" - an information system of administration of activity of educational institution.

It is the multifunction system working as a basis for formation of a common information space of organization of education. The program gives ample opportunities for:

  • creations of a basic information, including information of the general access and periodized a component;
  • automation of personnel work;
  • systematization of data on pupils;
  • administrations of teaching and educational process;
  • supports of content of education;
  • automation of financial and business activities of educational institution.

Functions of preparation of reporting documentation allow to create closing and statistic reports both any, and unified forms of Goskomstat of the Russian Federation. Also in the program opportunities for independent designing of reports are given.

For optimization of data retrieval on base of organization in the program the separate interface of keyword-based search with a possibility of determination of search span is implemented.

Interaction of the program with other information systems

For the organization of interrelation between the main information systems and add-on information modules of a common information space of educational institution are provided in the program:

  • unloading of data on material values in a packet "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions";
  • data loading from programs of planning, the organization and management of educational process Chronograph 3.0;
  • data exchange with the program of drawing up the schedule at profile schools "Profil";
  • unloading of data in a packet "1C: Chronograph Department of education";
  • unloading of data in a packet "1C: The chronograph Tariffing for the Accountant PROF";
  • unloading of data in a packet "1C: Chronograph Compensation";
  • synchronization of data with a packet "3T: Chronograph Magazine";
  • data exchange with the program systems providing support of content of training with digital objects and the digital educational resources (DER).
  • unloading of data on organization and pupils in the USE format.

For the purpose of ensuring personal information protection opportunities are provided in the program:

  • unloadings of the database only with the password;
  • fillings, storage and maintaining sheets of consent of employees and pupils.

For the purpose of implementation of openness of a system viewing the description of metadata of the program is provided in the program.

1C: Chronograph PROF School 3.0

Program "1C: The chronograph PROF School 3.0" provides the solution of the following tasks:

1. Creation of the all-school information database (ID) with support of complete succession of IBD created in earlier versions including:

  • information of the general access (general reference books);
  • the periodized information (data of specific academic years).

2. Implementation of an end-to-end system of management of school taking into account regional features of normative and legal and financial regulation, including formation of new information:

  • about the system of state and public management of school;
  • about the organization and forms of work with parents;
  • about forms of information openness of school.

3. Support of technology of normative legal support of activity of school, including creation of a new access mechanism:

  • to information bases of normative legal support of federal, regional and municipal level;
  • to base of normative local acts of the school.

4. Implementation of an electronic document management system of school, including new opportunities of formation of organizational and administrative and planned documentation and also information exchange with external instances and the educational organizations, including opportunities:

  • mailings of e-mail regular means of the installed operating system regardless of the e-mail client used by the user;
  • expansions of sections of information sent by e-mail to parents of pupils and the external organizations.

5. Automation of the organization and management of educational process, including new and modifed mechanisms:

  • accounting of forms of educational activity, educational programs and transition to new Federal state educational standards;
  • accounting of models of a learning of foreign languages, profiling of school and participation in network educational associations;
  • planning of educational employment of pupils, including accounting of line occupations and occupations of multiprofile groups;
  • formation and maintaining work educational and educational and methodical documentation, including electronic forms of class books and forms of operational informing parents.

6. Automation of planning and the organization of additional educational services, including new opportunities of formation:

  • payrolls of groups of nonlearning employment taking into account pupils of other OU;
  • magazines of groups of additional education;
  • passports of achievements of pupils.

7. Process management of formation and completing of the contingent of students with new mechanisms of providing:

  • record keeping;
  • expansions of functionality of a personal card of the pupil, including creation of types and forms of social support;
  • opportunities of unloading/loading of personal records of pupils in electronic form, for the purpose of expansion of a range of the provided electronic educational services and optimization of information exchange between educational institutions.

8. Automation of a system of resource ensuring activity of school, including:

  • work on staffing and accounting and record keeping, including:
  • expansion of functionality of the personal record of the employee,
  • implementation of accounting of the movement of the personnel (acceptance/dismissal and holidays),
  • adding of a possibility of unloading/loading of personal records of employees in electronic form, for the purpose of expansion of a range of the provided electronic educational services and optimization of information exchange between educational institutions;
  • work on logistics, including considerable expansion of the processed information:

about providing and improvement of buildings and constructions,

    • about material means and certification of subject offices, service premises and functional units of school,
    • about catering services of students;

  • work on financial provision of activity of school, including a full-fledged work:

    • by determination of budget characteristics of school,
    • on formation of wage fund;

  • work on creation of the mode of security and health protection, including again generated information:

    • about providing the mode of security and the system of protection,
    • on the depersonalized data on health protection of pupils and the staff of school.

9. Process automation of the analysis and control of results of educational activity, the current, final and independent assessment of students, including new mechanisms:

  • formations of analytical documentation, summary sheets,
  • formations of registers of preparation and results of a SFE and USE.

10. Formation, printing and export to standard formats of statistical and analytical reporting documentation, including the unified forms and forms of quality evaluation of education, including again developed types of the reporting:

  • on implementation of a national educational initiative "Our new school" (NNSh-S) at the school level;
  • on quality evaluation of activity of school on the basis of indicators of the Complex Projects of Modernization of Education (CPME);
  • according to the analysis of accomplishment of educational programs, current and final progress and attendance of students, etc.

Data protection

According to the order determined by the joint Order of FSTEC of Russia, FSB of Russia and Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of Russia of February 13, 2008 No. 55/86/20 "About the statement of the Order of carrying out classification of personal data information systems", the data processed in the program "by 1C: The chronograph PROF School 3.0", can be carried to 2 and 3 categories, and class K3 can be appropriated to a personal data information system. Obligatory software certification, the 3rd class applied in personal data information systems, is not provided.

The program provides the automated package of measures for data protection, first of all, of personal data of pupils and employees, according to requirements of the current legislation (The Federal law of 7/27/2006 No. 152-FZ "About personal data").
