Short characteristic of the project on implementation in Transport Holding Major

The tasks standing before Softprom:

• construct an annual budgeting model of Holding, and further on the basis of budgets to create the specified monthly plans.
• start the treasury relying on the accounting systems and on data of budgets.

Specific Features:  the created systems should have the sufficient level of flexibility as the structure of business of the Company is very dynamic. Softprom began automation with key user training of Holding and with the preproject.

The goals are achieved:

• approved terminology with the Customer (developed uniform language);
• showed the principles of creation of models and solving of tasks of the Customer in PlanDesigner;

Terms: The stage of automation lasted about 6 months.
To project finish in a new System the annual plan next year was already created, several monthly budgets are created, the Treasury worked.

Results:

• The detailed model of planning from the sales plan to an exit to report forms is constructed
• The treasury with integration with the accounting system and a possibility of unloading of payment orders for bank clients is started
• The module of approval of agreements is started

Support of the solution and Perspective of development:
From the moment of delivery of a System in operation the Customer is almost independent in support of the Solution, attracting sometimes on small completions.
At the moment the customer is going to expand possibilities of the Accounting System for more detailed unloading of actual data and for further development of the Solution.
