We have reached such a stage in the development of the company, when centralized and effective management of production assets has become an urgent need. We studied IT market and invited Desnol Soft specialists, since it is this company that is the developer, 1S:TOIR has successful experience for more than 17 years of implementation integration and the system and is an official partner of the company. During 1C the automation project, we needed, first of all, to digitize each piece of equipment, to transfer our 1C business model of organizing repair management processes to: TOIR. As a result, we launched the process of abandoning document management on paper, forming a center for planning and ordering spare parts on the basis of digitized, accurate and systematic data repairs, and also introducing a unified system for informing about repairs with high priority: verification, calibration, overhaul, - said Alexander Nifontov, chief engineer of JSC "."Sakhaneftegazsbyt

As part of the first stage, a database was prepared to launch the 1S:TOIR solution. Then the system was adapted to the requirements of the company, integration with the historical system for managing enterprise resources was carried out. In the case of Sakhaneftegazsbyt JSC, this is 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management. After that, employees were trained to work in 1S:TOIR. On September 12, 2022, the system began to be put into pilot operation (PED). The company plans to continue the project at the Nizhne-Bestyakhskaya oil depot.

In addition to the "large system" of 1S:TOIR, repair specialists at the PED stage will test the Mobile Team application, which was also developed by Desnol Soft to improve the efficiency of repairs and is especially useful in remote areas of work. The application allows you to register defects, promptly receive tasks for repairs and report on them, take into account and transfer to the system 1S:TOIR monitored indicators, operating time and equipment conditions.

The implementation of a repair management system helps enterprises to solve such a problem as unscheduled downtime of equipment, reduce the share of emergency repairs in favor of planned ones, and increase the technical availability factor. The repair budget, based on statistics that are accumulated in the system, allows you not to inflate inventory and plan all the necessary measures to maintain the required level of equipment reliability.

As a result of the implementation of the 1S:TOIR solution at the production sites of Sakhaneftegazsbyt JSC, the department responsible for the purchase of spare parts will receive consolidated data on upcoming repairs and needs, order the required number of materials in a timely and timely manner. Processes will be established to ensure the timely response of technical units to unforeseen situations and to make management decisions when setting service priorities.

The implementation of the 1S:TOIR solution is planned to continue at all oil depots of Sakhaneftegazsbyt JSC. So far, this process is hampered by the remoteness and inaccessibility of objects, since some of them are located in the north of Yakutia. However, the company is planning an internal project to connect to the network through a stable satellite communication channel for all remote facilities. Then further digitalization of MR processes will also be available.
