2022: Organization of production for processing squid, pollock and pink salmon in the Moscow region

As part of investment project the company "Morepak-M8" on the territory Moscow region organizes production for the processing of squid, pollock and pink salmon. The company's assistance in selecting a land plot for the implementation of an investment project on the territory of the Sergiyevo-Posadsky urban district was provided, Moscow Region Development Corporation (KRMO) which announced this on September 21, 2022.

Investments in the implementation of the project of the company "Morepak-M8" will amount to about 300 million. rubles At the first stage alone, the company will produce 200 tons of finished products. The first stage of the project will be implemented in the spring of 2023. In total, the investor plans to launch three queues, - said the deputy chairman - governments Minister of Investments, industries sciences and the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva.

It is planned to create about 100 jobs at this enterprise. Among the specialists whom the company plans to attract to start its production are technologists and operators who will monitor the state of technological processes on the equipment and control products. The Morepak-M8 company expects that colleges and technical schools of Sergiev-Posad will prepare the necessary specialists for work in production.

The company's small enterprise, where the recipe and technologies are being worked out, is already operating in test mode in September 2022 and produces finished products.

Our products are present in retail chains, and, most importantly, it finds a positive response from buyers. it is strategically important for us to launch the first stage of the project in Sergiev Posad as quickly as possible. We will have a full-cycle enterprise - from fish processing to the production of finished products. At the first stage, we will produce products from squid, as new production lines are introduced, we will add production from white and red fish, "said Petr Potapov, commercial director of Morepak M8.

He also noted that the equipment on which the finished products will be processed and produced is domestic, it was developed and produced by Russian manufacturers specifically by order of the Morepak M8 company.

With the participation of the Moscow Region Development Corporation, the pool and scope of activity of Russian manufacturers is expanding in the region. KRMO specialists provided active assistance to Morepak M8 on many issues, including the selection of premises for rent, detailed advice on state support measures.
