Content

Competence Center by training Baykalsoft automated work of Committee on Education and schools of the city of Ulan-Ude subordinated to it.

The project was implemented using the software "by 1C: Chronograph PROF School 2.5" and "1C: A chronograph Department of education", developed on the 1C: Enterprise platform. Thereby the task - to increase effective management of administrative activity of nearly seventy schools was solved.

Tasks and priorities

Complete and timely information about completeness of subordinated schools the pedagogical personnel, terms of passing of certification, advanced training by teachers and leading employees and also about the number of pupils is necessary for their distribution and migration by schools for acceptance of operational management decisions at the level of governing bodies of education.

According to the order of the Ministry of Education of the territorial subject of the federation, the project started on April 5 the current year. As contractors of the project were selected Baykalsoft LLC having the status of Competence Center by training and Republican institute of the frames of management and education.

"1C: The chronograph PROF School 2.5" it was delivered in schools of Buryatia within the Education national project and it defined its choice as a basis for formation of databases of schools. Collecting and consolidation of reporting data from schools at the level of municipality it was decided to make using the program "1C: Chronograph Department of education".

Assessment and plans

At an initial stage of the project specialists of Baykalsoft LLC company carried out a preliminary estimate of hardware of schools and individual plans of implementation, are developed for expense optimization.

Results

Staff of schools and Committee on Education of Ulan-Ude note results of project implementation:

  • providing online access of all users of a management system to a basic information: general data on educational institution, information about employees and pupils, data on educational associations (classes and groups of the second half of day), curriculum, pedagogical loading and so forth,
  • possibility of implementation of operational monitoring of activity of teachers and pupils: control of maintaining electronic journals by teachers, control and the analysis of progress and attendance of pupils, tracking of terms of certification of pedagogical workers for formation of diagrams of advanced training and so forth,
  • identification of "risk zones" in educational institution on the basis of aggregated data on characteristics of families of pupils (unsuccessful, sotsnezashchishchenny, etc.) and the additional data on pupils,
  • increase in transparency of financial and economic activity of educational institution in the conditions of introduction of new wage systems,
  • the organization of "remote" interaction with families of pupils, including using electronic mailings of progress,
  • reduction of paper document flow,
  • operational drawing up electronic resulting and statistical reporting documentation on educational institution,
  • effective monitoring and control of activity of subordinated organizations based on governing body of education.

The pilot project on implementation of automated control systems is considered successful. The got experience is going to be extended to all educational institutions and municipalities of the Republic of Buryatia.

The result was estimated

An assessment to the project was given by the head of department of the general education Dulma Baldarova: "Our subordinated organizations got rid of handmade large volume that allows to give more time to quality of education, and to us allows to collect quickly, to store the reporting and bases of educational institutions of the city. Automation of administrative activity of schools will allow all of us to pass to new effective managerial approaches using information technologies".
