2019: Accounting automation based on "1C: Enterprise. Pharmacy Chain Management "

A project was implemented to automate accounting in accordance with the 61-FZ "On the circulation of medicines" on the basis of "1C: Enterprise. Management of the pharmacy chain "at the Perm Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS and Infectious Diseases."

The following works were performed:

  • Configure and implement generic/industry-specific software
  • Creating interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Initial setup of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Integration with third-party automation systems
  • Collect and analyze customer requirements for the automated system
  • Technical implementation of specific accounting and control features in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Methodical provision of specific accounting and control features in the automation system (adaptation requirements)
  • Training of personnel to work with the program/system
  • Distance learning for users
  • Advice on software selection and support options
  • Delivery of software products to the customer's office
  • Selling selected software products
  • Work on adaptation of the standard solution

The specialists set up all routine procedures in the configuration "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of the pharmacy network "Configuration installation" 1C: Enterprise. Pharmacy network management, "with data upload from the previous version and loading into the 1C: Enterprise information database. Pharmacy chain management. We checked the correctness of the transferred data and corrected it, the initial settings of the database and user rights.

The users were trained to work in the new version of the program. The following control areas are automated:

  • Inventory Management

  • Regulated accounting

Implementation of the program "1C: Enterprise. Managing the pharmacy chain "at the institution's pharmacy warehouse made it possible to reduce labor costs for collecting and processing information, reduced the risk of errors and, thus, led to an increase in work efficiency.
