Specialists of the company "First Bit" transferred personnel accounting and regulated reporting of the automobile plant of JSC "PES/CCM" into a single information system of the 1S:ZUP. This reduced operating and administrative costs by 80%. This was announced by the company "First Bit" on September 23, 2022.
Employees of JSC "PES/CCM" work in several settlements of the Samara and Ulyanovsk regions. Their main plant of full production cycle is located in Chapaevsk. There are 1,100 people working there. The head office of the company, as well as a workshop for the production of plastic parts, is located in Samara. In Dmitrovgrad there is a supply department and a workshop for the final assembly of wire harnesses.
In total, the company has approximately 1,500 employees. Previously, accounting for personnel issues and wages was carried out in a foreign accounting system, but some features of that software and the lack of qualified specialists in working with it caused the company many inconveniences.
Implementing business plans, introducing technologies, entering the global market are the main tasks that the company sets itself in the third millennium.
The current, dynamically developing company needed a fundamentally different, powerful system that allows building a comprehensive system of effective management of the company's human resources of any number that meets Russian standards. It became "1C: Payroll and HR Management of KORP."
