2013: Implementation of a comprehensive automated management information system

In order to constantly improve enterprise management systems and increase the relevance of accounting data in the unified information system, the management of OJSC "" in HaloPolymer 2011 decided to implement at 2 sites - LLC "" and HaloPolymer Kirovo-Chepetsk OJSC "" HaloPolymer Perm- a single integrated automated information management system (KAIS). "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"

To implement the plan, PPVTI was chosen as a partner for the implementation of such a system, as a highly professional and reliable partner with extensive experience in automating accounting systems in the Perm Territory. The main goal of the project was to create a single corporate information system instead of the previously used many heterogeneous systems. Such fragmentation of the information infrastructure of the enterprise prevented management and management personnel from obtaining the necessary information quickly, required significant labor costs for entering, searching, generating and compiling reports, as well as analyzing the information received.

Work on adaptation of the standard solution

  • developed a system of reports, detailed before the initial documents of decoding to reports, which are easy to read and adapted for printing;
  • An individual main menu has been created for each workplace, allowing the user to have quick access to the necessary subsystem objects;
  • developed a system of means of exchange data (export and import) of the main system into adjacent systems according to the developed regulations and formats;
  • a system of actions has been developed and regulated, which regulates the entry of reference books.

As a result of the work carried out, a system of classifiers of reference books was developed: cost items, other income and expenses, cash flows, which made it possible to combine the accounting and management part of the implemented KAIS. Taking into account the industry specifics, a unified regulation and document flow scheme has been developed in terms of interaction between automated enterprises. In this regard, a specialized service of persons responsible for regulatory and reference information (NSI) was created, as well as interaction with related systems.
