Biography
Igor Atnakaev graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering in 2006.
His professional experience includes comprehensive management of the design of civil reconstruction and capital construction facilities, civil and state aviation air transport infrastructure facilities, technical support of construction, including incoming control of design documentation, optimization of design solutions at the construction site, as well as designer supervision of construction at the facilities.
