The Avtotreker system at one of the largest transport enterprises of Western Siberia

Nizhnevartovsk Department of Technological Transport No. 1 LLC renders to the oil-extracting companies and tens of other organizations of the region the whole complex of the transport and other services connected with use of own park of motor transport and different special equipment: pipe carriers, manipulators, pipe layers, swamp buggies, etc. In particular, the NUTT-1 cars deliver freights to Ermakovsky, Tyamkinsky, Urminsky and Uvat fields; at the same time the territory serviced by the enterprise exceeds 27 thousand sq.km. System implementation of monitoring of Avtotreker transport on 350 cars for the purpose of significant cutting of costs for fuel which are for NUTT-1 of one of the main items of expenditure became an important stage of development of the company.

Today the Avtotreker system constantly gives to the customer exact data on the connected vehicles, fuel consumption, the actual motion speed and violation of the high-speed mode, deviations from the set route and also about places and duration of parking. Information on location and relocations of the CU is displayed on the electronic map which is output to monitors of a corporate computer system. Besides, data of monitoring became a basis of the systems of motivation of drivers and the improved technology of write-off of fuel which is based on the data Avtotreker, but not on indications of speedometers of cars.

Important feature of the project is creation of a three-planimetric management system in which planning and operating control of work of transport are exercised by the central dispatching office (the main circuit), and chiefs of motorcades, executing daily control, can browse the necessary reports and primary data directly from the jobs – using the special software working via the Internet (the second circuit). The third circuit includes in a management system of drivers who via the special information terminal can obtain independently for the car retrospective data on route, to the speed and distance in kilometers. It is enough to enter garage number of the CU and date of reporting period – and in one-two minutes the corresponding report appears on the screen. Creation of this circuit increased transparency of a system of motivation, quickly convinced drivers of its justice and accuracy that promoted increase in discipline.

The system of visualization of relocation of the CU on electronic cards and a set of reports of the Avtotreker system completely "close" needs of the customer on drawing up trip tasks and control of their execution and also on timely identification of emergency situations and prevention of abuses. At the same time, results of monitoring, are a ready array of initial data for a number of the operating accounting systems and the resource managements of the enterprise unrolled in NUTT-1 on the platform of 1C Enterprise. Respectively, the integration project, integrated Avtotreker with a subsystem of 1C Transport was executed. It allowed to exclude a human factor, additions and errors at data entry, considerably to accelerate processing of accounting documentation and also to reduce an error probability in waybills and other documents. Besides, data of monitoring can be used by all services and divisions of the company now – according to job responsibilities of employees and access rights.
