ANHK JSC had to provide access to current local regulatory documents (instructions, regulations, enterprise standards and other regulatory documents). Access had to be organized with the distinction of rights.

To ensure the majority of ANHK employees have access to the current regulatory framework, RKIT has integrated the local regulatory management system already operating at the enterprise into Docsvision with a portal to MS SharePoint.

The main functions of the system are:

• publication of current RDs on the portal for common access of company employees, creation of a structured file storage;
• a user-friendly interface for familiarization with documents;
• providing access according to the user's role;
• Search for RD;
• creation of system and user RD registers.

System capabilities

The implementation of the local regulatory documentation management system on the portal provided users with the necessary tools and capabilities.

• 1. The portal ensures the implementation of all principles of access control to LPR. For example, users with the "guest" role do not have the ability to download, print documents.
• 2. The portal has a built-in interface for viewing files.
• 3. There is a parametric search pop-up panel that provides online selection of document arrays.
• 4. It became possible to add RDs to favorites, to compile your own user thematic RD registries. RD registers are interactive: documents included in the register are updated automatically.
• 5. All new changed RDs have visual illumination on the portal.
• 6. Automatic statistics are carried out on the use of the RD electronic fund, which documents are most often read, downloaded, etc.
• 7. The pages of the section "Regulatory documentation" on the portal are equipped with blocks with infographics, news feed to inform users
• 8. The user can rebuild the folder structure on the fly - by types or types of RD.

Subsequently, the portal was finalized by RKIT together with the contractor to a general corporate resource: added sections "About the company," "News" and others.

The successfully implemented development of the corporate portal of ANHK JSC and its integration with the electronic document management system allows us to involve all employees of the company in a single information space.
