The system includes 2 modules:

• "Document Management": internal and external correspondence, memos and information letters, DPR, minutes of meetings, action plans;
• "Archival workflow": structured storage of electronic copies of documents, formation and maintenance of an nomenclature of business cases of an enterprise and its structural divisions, write-off of documents, transfer of cases between structural divisions of the enterprise and to the archive of the organization, recording of facts of destruction and loss of documents, search, formation of reports and printed forms.

RKIT technical support ensures stable and uninterrupted operation of the electronic document management system. RKIT is also responsible for updating, upgrading and adjusting the current system settings at the request of the State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of St. Petersburg.
