JSC JSB Probusinessbank and Jet Infosystems company signed the contract for a period of 5 years for provision of services on outsourcing: administration of IT infrastructure of the core banking system and system of Internet banking Interbank.

Work is based based on the agreement of SLA and detailed regulations of interaction of IT commands of bank and integrator. Specialists of IT service of bank got rid of routine operational procedures and now can focus on the solution of the strategic tasks connected with business development.

In process of development of group and increase in load of systems own resources for service of IT infrastructure began not to be enough for bank. "We made the analysis and careful calculations and came to a conclusion: expenses on own staff of support technicians and to administration will be much higher, than in case of involvement of external experts", – Mezhov Dmitry, the deputy chief of department of IT of JSC JSB Probusinessbank reports.

The bank and integrator already had experience of successful cooperation in the project on creation of IT infrastructure for functioning of the Interbank system. IT infrastructure of bank is constructed based on the equipment of IBM, R-Style and other producers.

Specialists of Jet Infosystems company booked primary audit of IT infrastructure of the customer and analyzed work of key business systems. On the basis of the revealed features and requirements of the customer the agreement of SLA under which the allowed time of idle time of components of infrastructure subsystems is from 1 to 8 hours, depending on degree of criticality of work of the application software was drafted. Short terms of recovery in case of failure guarantee stable work of business systems of bank and provide their functioning according to the best world practices.

The project team from specialists of both companies developed the detailed regulations of interaction describing all areas of responsibility, an operations procedure at the solution of working questions, etc. for successful cooperation.
