JSB Belrosbank develops EDMS and implements the project of the centralized processing of payment documents

Works on implementation of a pilot project of automation of the centralized processing of payment documents of clients "JSB Belrosbank are continued.

Project implementation is enabled by the partner of EOS Group - RUP "Center of Electronic Document Management" of BGU.

Course of events of the project

During preproject inspection of document flow of bank, types and types of payment documents, rules of their preprocessing, the principles of control of execution, etc. are defined. On the basis of data retrieveds algorithms of processing of payment documents in EDMS "CASE" taking into account unification and typification of the transactions executed by employees were prepared.

To estimate efficiency of technology of processing of payment documents and also possibilities of transfer through closed channels of communication of the scanned copies of payment documents from territorially remote divisions at head office of bank, the pilot project in one of remote TsBU in Minsk was started.

The revealed advantages:

• the problem of territorial remoteness of TsBU is solved – the possibility of joint work within uniform infrastructure is provided;
• time of passing of payment documents of clients due to electronic technology of mailing is reduced;
• access for all participants of process, in the distributed mode, to documents according to their powers is implemented.
