2019: Automation of internal document flow, organization of electronic document archive
Since October 2019, RKIT, a partner of Docsvision, has been providing technical support for the electronic document management system of the State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of St. Petersburg.
The owner of the property of the State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of St. Petersburg is the city of St. Petersburg, represented by authorized state bodies. The company provides water supply and sewage services to residents of St. Petersburg - 5.3 million people, as well as tens of thousands of enterprises and organizations of the city. The St. Petersburg Vodokanal also manages city fountains, public toilets, as well as stationary snow melting points.
The water supply system of St. Petersburg includes:
- 7,414 km of water supply networks;
- 187 booster pump stations;
- 9 water stations;
- 2 sodium hypochlorite plants.
About 500 employees of the organization work in the electronic document management system "Vodokanal of St. Petersburg."
The system includes 2 modules:
- "Document Management": internal and external correspondence, memos and information letters, DPR, minutes of meetings, action plans;
- "Archival workflow": structured storage of electronic copies of documents, formation and maintenance of an nomenclature of business cases of an enterprise and its structural divisions, write-off of documents, transfer of cases between structural divisions of the enterprise and to the archive of the organization, recording of facts of destruction and loss of documents, search, formation of reports and printed forms.
Technical support ensures stable and uninterrupted operation of the electronic document management system.
RKIT is also responsible for updating, upgrading and adjusting the current system settings at the request of the State Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal of St. Petersburg.
