The oil-extracting company "Alyans" plans purchases and implements BPM

The Softprom company completed a development stage and system implementations of purchase management in Alyans Oil Company.

Within implementation the PlanDesigner system was put into operation, a number of tasks for the enterprises of holding was as a result solved:

• The Khabarovsk Refinery is affiliated enterprise
• The Alyans Oil Company is management company
• Naftatekhresurs – operating company.

Khabarovsk Refinery:

• Collecting, analysis and registration of requirements of divisions of the enterprise for purchase of financially technical resources
• Rastsenivaniye and approval of requests, formation of registers for management company
• Formation of requests to suppliers for collecting of commercial offers
• The choice of optimal delivery from several suppliers by price and not price criteria
• Conducting document flow on purchases (agreements on deliveries, receipt orders, requests for payment, payment orders)
• Formation of the diagram of the planned deliveries

Alyans Oil Company:

• Consolidation and approval of registers of requests from subsidiaries
• Classification of requests by the form purchases: the centralized purchase through operating company, or independent purchase by subsidiary

Naftatekhresurs:

• Consolidation of requests from subsidiaries
• Fixation of stages of execution of requests

On the project

In implementation process the management system of PlanDesigner was integrated into CIS of the Khabarovsk Refinery.

Result

• Cost reduction on purchases, by consolidation of requirements of subsidiaries, reduction of single purchases, optimization of the prices as a result of tenders.
• Reduction of risk of failure to meet time constraints of deliveries due to control and personalisation of responsibility at all stages of implementation of purchase, from application by division, before shipment of material resources on warehouses of the enterprise.
  

Today

Now specialists of IT of department of Alyans Oil Company with involvement of specialists of Softprom company are conducted works on connection of oil-producing affiliated enterprises of holding to a management system for purchases.
