2015: Implementation of Accounting Framework in "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management "

In 2014, OAO Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Kaluga was faced with the task of combining disparate accounting and tax accounting automated on the basis of software solution 1C: Accounting 7.7 into a single database of CIS Megapolis on platform 1C: Production Enterprise Management 8. In January 2015, the system was put into pilot operation.

The winner of the tender for the performance of the work was WiseAdvice-IT. Within the established time frame, the integrator's specialists implemented a project that includes a number of stages:

• Pre-design survey.
• Development and unification of methodology.
• Formation of terms of reference for adaptation of Megapolis CIS system (based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8) and ACS testing scenarios.
• Finalization of CIS Megapolis on the basis of TA 1S:UPP and comprehensive testing in accordance with the prepared scenarios.
• Compliance with regulatory reference information in a single IE.
• Design and development of mechanisms for loading data (directories, balances, documents) from several disparate 1C databases: Accounting 7.7 into a single 1S:UPP environment. Reconcile the transferred information.
• Restoration of tax accounting for fixed assets and payroll accounting.
• Preparation of the system for operation, training of users, implementation, consulting and technological support, support of reporting in the new system.

The result was the successful formation of all accounting and tax statements of OAO Gazprom Gas Distribution Kaluga in the corporate information system based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8. 550 jobs were automated.
