2013: Implementation of "1C: Integrated Automation"

In December 2013, the foreign trade organization Avtotekhnoimport, one of the oldest motor transport companies in Russia, switched to software solution 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management. The company needed to automate financial accounting.

The automation partner was chosen as the company, which at WiseAdvice-IT that time occupies a high position among - 1C Francheisi and has wide experience of implementation software on the basis 1C:Enterprise 8 of the financial accounting framework. Including native solution compatible with 1C systems -. WA: Financier

The purpose of the project: To meet the Company's requirements for automation of budgeting and cash management within the framework of the software product 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management.

The volume of traffic in Avtotekhnoimport was more than 200 thousand cars per year. The company had its own fleet and collaborated with a large number of regional and international transportlogistic operators. All this imposed a number of features in the maintenance of accounting tax and accounting, correct financial support in the conduct of foreign economic activity (foreign economic activity).

On the recommendation of WiseAdvice-IT specialists, the optimal software product 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management with integrated WA solution: Financier was chosen to cover the necessary functionality.

The tasks of budgeting and cash flow management were automated on the basis of 1S:UPP in the company VO Avtotekhnoimport. During the project, the following works were carried out to configure the system for the specifics of the business processes of the company, the organization of data exchange between WA: Financier and 1S:UPP. System testing and user training were performed.

The following subsystems were put into commercial operation: Cash management, Budgeting, Monitoring of key performance indicators. As a result, the customer received convenient tools for managing the financial resources of a large motor transport enterprise.
