CA Wily Introscope® allows to perform in format 24x7 monitoring of complex web applications in a working environment, to reveal and to quickly fix problems before, they will give an inconvenience to the client and will cause a serious loss to business.

Using Introscope it is possible to localize bottlenecks in operation of application, up to separate servlets, the JSP pages, objects of EJB, classes and methods. Within continuous monitoring of information environment there is an opportunity to monitor separate problem transactions in a working environment on several processes and to quickly define in what place of processing of transaction high-speed performance decreases or there is a failure. Using agents of performance control of the environment (EPA) it is possible to expand monitoring on any types of subsystems of applications influencing overall performance. Introscope does not depend on the applied platform and therefore it can be used for observation of any unique environment of web applications.

CA Wily Customer Experience Manager

CA Wily CEM is delivered in appliance option i.e. as the ready platform that allows to install it within one or two hours without making changes in the existing IT infrastructure. The product supports configurations as "all-water", and the distributed architecture necessary in case of support of large heterogeneous networks. The solution CA Wily CEM is from two components:

• Transaction Impact Monitor (TIM) is the platform for not intrusive data collection by connection to "mirrored" to port of the necessary router. TIM passively "listens" to all network traffic, carries out filtering and analyzes only required packets.
• Transaction Event and Statistics Server (TESS) - manages work of all software modules of CEM.
