Omsk power supply company (ASCAPC)

The ASCAPC in JSC Omsk Power Supply Company Omsk, Fourth Chelyuskintsev Street, 119 with data transmission from counters of household subscribers on network of 0.4 kV is put into trial operation.

The ASCAPC cabinet with USPD-164-01M, BP-24 set in it, the time cut-out, OIN1, CE832C4, GSM the Centurion MC 35i modem, is in VRU of 0.4 kV. Counters both at household subscribers, and in the input distributor provide multitariff accounting.

There is a possibility of control of balance of the received and released electric power on this apartment house.

The USPD makes automatic information acquisition from metering devices, performs functions of time synchronization of counters and also provide data transmission on a request or in the automatic mode in the Information processing center in Records department of the electric power Omskenergosbyt of Omsk, using channels of cellular communication of the GSM standard.

The information processing center as a part of PEVM with an installed software and a communication equipment, provides collecting and data storage of commercial accounting, receiving and providing operational data to service staff, formation of forms and reports of a required format and the nomenclature.
