The Ivanovo region duma passes to electronic document management

In September the Ivanovo region duma began to pass to an electronic document management system. Process will take place step by step. It today, on September 3, to the correspondent of REGNUM Novosti news Agency was announced by the head of the press service of regional parliament Roman Shorin.

He told that electronic document management will allow to increase efficiency of parliamentarians, will lead to optimization of legislative activity and also will provide the uniform standard of work with electronic documents.

For deputies and employees of the device the training seminar took place on September 2. Its participants discussed the main schemes of work and the system interface of electronic document management of UniDoc. Special attention was paid to perspective schemes. In particular, during the fall of this year introduction of internet-access to the agenda of meetings of a thought and committees and also to texts of the documents considered at meetings is planned.

Besides, using the new scheme "internet-document flow-internet" through an electronic reception everyone the questions concerning the subjects specified in reception headings will be able to ask deputies of regional parliament. Citizens will have an opportunity to address in a thought both through the official site, and by e-mail. Access to the answers to citizens' appeals published on the website with opportunities of full-text search will be provided to inhabitants.

"It is planned that in the future the electronic document management system will allow deputies to direct through remote access notes and offers on the considered drafts of laws and materials of the agenda of meetings of a thought and committees. Besides, the feedback mode with the population of our region thanks to introduction of an electronic reception will be provided", - the vice-chairman of committee on local government of regional parliament Ilya Berezkin told.
