The scope of KSAD - a system is intended for application in divisions of administration of the region, and external structures and representations of area.
As a basis for creation of KSAD the program system of group access of Lotus Notes/Domino of version 5.x is used above. Applications of a system are implemented in the form of databases (applications) Lotus Notes.
For implementation of KSAD the network architecture "client-server" is used. In each organization with autonomous document flow (main or subordinated) databases of a system are placed on one computer - the server, and computers of users of a system act as the clients connected to the server on a local network (on TCP/IP to the protocol) or via the modem (in the absence of a local network).
