Infaprim, a Russian food manufacturer for children and adults, has automated the commercial planning process. The project was implemented on the basis of the domestic Optimacros platform. The purpose of ATOMS Consulting specialists was to automate the process of planning commercial conditions for working with networks. Among the priorities are the calculation of the planned efficiency of work with trading organizations, actual payments and accruals, mutual settlements with distributors and the formation of a number of analytical reports for employees and top managers of the company.
Planned efficiency is calculated based on revenue, cost, and cost indicators. Users can make only a few settings, such as sales and network conditions. The system, in turn, in real time will automatically calculate planned revenue, cost, costs and, accordingly, the effect of interaction with this counterparty.
Actual payments and accruals to networks and distributors are calculated based on shipment data. To obtain them, the process of automatic integration of data from other accounting systems into Optimacros is configured.
The company has established a transparent process of accounting, reporting and analysis of discounts and working conditions with our counterparties. We promptly generate correct data for the quarter, month, etc. Using Optimacros, we reduced the period for closing the quarter and summing up all counterparties to 30 days. The plans are to limit this period to several days, Boris Tibekin added.

Planning is carried out according to the following parameters: data on the products participating in the promotion, discounts on them, the shipping price and the date of the promotion. Actual shipment data is automatically received. Based on this information from the entire shipment list, the system identifies only those related to the shares. This allows you to quickly and accurately assess the effectiveness of promo activity. Additionally, the system calculates the ROI for each share.
Our promotions have become more productive by modeling the depth of discounts in the system and the expected effect of them, obtaining statistics on growth by activities and forecasting future flows, noted Boris Tibekin.

A number of reports provide ease of analysis. In particular, the report on actual discounts and accruals offers detail on 15 items in all possible analysts - network, product, distributor. The user can "fail" to a specific invoice or shipment, which allows you to quickly find errors and correct them.
The report on the analysis of contracts with distributors is important for the financiers of Infaprim. It allows you to navigate the balance of the company with each partner.
A feature of the project, according to Andrei Gvoskov, General Director of ATOMS Consulting, was "a flexible approach to implementation. In the course of them, we had to optimize and build the "to be" model together with the customer. This was not easy, but made it possible to get the maximum effect from the implementation in a short time.
The customer plans to develop the system. Since 40% of Infaprim's products are exported, in the near future - the implementation of a separate commercial planning module for the export division, trade and marketing conditions and conditions for working with customers. After that, the customer will go to the main part of the budgeting process - automation of planning and modeling of sales in general.
