CRM ORDER MANAGEMENT

Budgeting

Budgeting consists of income and expenditure budgets and the cash budget. Monthly plans of budgets and actual data from accounting since budgeting with the actual accounting is in a common information space form the basis for formation of budgets. Planned data of budgets can also be obtained from the operating budget based on an order portfolio (long-term agreements). From the agreement the plan of income, cash receipts and the cost plan undertakes.
