The passenger service system consists of several parts: a service for booking air tickets and services, a system for airline employees and a platform for working with agent companies. These systems are already running on a cloud platform. Additional development is also underway in the cloud, and individual virtual machines monitor the operation of critical applications and log collection, processing and storage systems. In addition, the airline's IT team actively uses container development automation services to debug the operation of software products, a managed data platform for collecting, storing and analyzing information without the risk of losing and compromising it.

The application of technology Yandex Cloud helped the airline save on capital IT costs. This was achieved by automatic scaling infrastructures under load. Yandex Manage Service for Kubernetes allows you to use and pay for exactly the amount of computing power that is needed for the current load of each project.

It is also important for Ural Airlines to store personal data of passengers in accordance with Law No. 152-FZ. Therefore, a critical factor in choosing a provider was the presence of independent data centers in Russia at Yandex Cloud.

Yandex Cloud specialists quickly responded to the company's request, helped to effectively carry out all the settings, which made it possible to launch as soon as possible.
