The card of the resident of Krasnodar Krai will be implemented within the Electronic government

The project is implemented by Administration of Krasnodar Krai within the program for transfer of the public and municipal services to an electronic form, has step-by-step structure and provides also a gradual scope until the end of 2014 services in cards of all population of the region. The card will allow citizens to get remote access to the public services implemented at the level of the region, both the federal, and regional level by means of ATMs, special infomats and personal computers.

At a stage of an eapusk citizens are given a receiving opportunity by means of the card of remote access to the portal of public services of edge, information on debt and payments of penalties of traffic police in infomats of administration and infrastructure of Sberbank of Russia.

For convenience of holders of cards within the project the Sberbank of Russia intends to retrofit terminal network of the region means for work with biometric data.

Sberbank already has experience of participation in similar projects in the Astrakhan region, Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Chuvash Republic. Until the end of 2010 start of pilot projects in some other regions of Russia is planned.

Main goal of the carried-out work is preparation of infrastructure of service and working off of technology of implementation in regions of universal electronic cards of citizens according to requirements of recently adopted Law "About Providing the Public and Municipal Services in Electronic Form".

Governor of Kuban Alexander Tkachyov: "It is information break in our region which gives to inhabitants unlimited opportunities. Now on the Internet it is possible to receive the public and municipal services, to address to any department, bodies and services of Krasnodar Krai, to perform payment of the utilities and penalties imposed by traffic police, and many other things. Besides, specialized terminals by means of which the citizens who do not have access to Network can use the public and municipal services are developed. It first of all creates conveniences to residents of Kuban, removes a human factor — bureaucratic delays, does transparent work of each official."

Using the Elektrony government the governor of Kuban online will be able to control dynamics of the socially important industries and state of the economy in general, to give instructions in electronic form to heads of the cities and areas. Owing to the fact that changes for reporting and forecast periods will be visually reflected will become possible effectively to reveal strong and weaknesses of municipalities, so, to make even more efficient management decisions.
