The BSC company began the project on control automation by personnel using the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system in the Buryatzoloto company entering the five of the largest gold miners of Russia.

Today in the company more than four thousand employees work. The company has a set of geographically distributed platforms (mines, bases of logistics, mechanical-repair workshops, a prospecting expedition) which it is considerable, sometimes for thousands of kilometers, are deleted from the main office. At the same time capacity of communication channels with some remote platforms (for example, with mines) is strongly limited. In these conditions, according to the customer, there is not enough performance and functionality of the 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 system operated in the company any more.

The begun project is complex and includes HR-and IT consulting. Within implementation of a new HRM system it is necessary to unify and formalize key personnel processes and also to construct the centralized control system of personnel.

The first stage of the project assumes process automation of personnel records and payroll. At the moment preproject inspection which will consist in questioning of key business users, to formalization of requirements to the organization of document flow and distribution of duties, formation of the management and external reporting is begun.

In further plans of the company – automation of functions of personnel recruitment, certification, management of motivation, works with a talent pool, personnel efficiency evaluations (control of KPI).
