Idegel Borbak-oolovich Mongush was born on September 25, 1975 in the city of Kyzyl.

Education

In 2002 he graduated from Tuva State University with a degree in Car and Automotive.

Career

1999-2021

He began his career in 1999 as the head of the computer laboratory at the Maharishi Vocational Training Center. For more than ten years he worked at the Tuva regional branch of Rosselkhozbank, from 2020 to 2021. worked as deputy director for digitalization and innovative development of the Tuva Technical School of Information Technologies, from 2021 to the present - deputy director for informatization of the Medical Information and Analytical Center of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2022: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Digital Development of Tuva

On October 18, 2022, it was announced the appointment of Idegel Mongush as head of the Ministry of Digital Development of Tuva.

According to the press service of the regional government, Mongush was engaged in the digitalization of business processes in those sectors of the economy where IT is the main driver of digital transformation. Among his latest projects is the development of dashboards for regional monitoring of performance indicators of medical organizations, as a result of which management decisions were made.
