A team of representatives of the authorities of the Kaluga region received training in lean production

2022: Lean Manufacturing Training

The team of representatives of the executive authorities of the Kaluga region was trained in lean production in administrative processes. The training was conducted by an expert of the Federal Competence Center (FCC) Vladimir Bogatyrev. FCC is the curator of the national project "Labor Productivity" in terms of targeted support for participating enterprises.

The training lasted three days. During this time, employees of the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry, the Regional Development Agency and the Business Development Agency of the Kaluga Region learned to implement improvement projects. Create a map for administrative work. We studied the methodology for solving problems and managing changes, the system of effective organization of 5S workplaces.

The group actively participated in training, with interest understood new, for them, materials. Some specialists already have personal improvement projects. I think that in the near future they will appear in the rest. Knowledge will be especially effective if applied in practice, - said the trainer-consultant of the FCC Vladimir Bogatyrev.
