Project objectives
Conduct a detailed audit of business processes for accounting sections automated in 1C: Payroll and HR Management system, revision 2.5.
Analyze the possibility and need to optimize and unify business processes in 1C: Salary and Human Resources.
Taking into account the transition to a new technological platform, analyze the possibilities of modernizing existing ones, as well as setting up new automated business processes.
Audit the existing database architecture, taking into account the constant increase in data volume and maintaining stability of operation without loss of speed, and, if necessary, its modernization.
Migrate the information system 1C":Salary and" from Human Resources Management version 2.5 to the new version 3.0 and to the new technological platform.
Ensure transfer:
- all automated, taking into account the optimization of business processes;
- all information stored in the system.
Project results
As a result of implementation of the project on transfer of an accounting system and settlings with personnel of Lenenergo on qualitatively new level the project team managed to fulfill most fully the put requirements and to reach the objects set for start of the project. Significantly reduced the burden on human resources department employees, reduced operating and administrative costs by 15%, reduced information processing time, accelerated receipt of regulated reporting by 10%, management reporting by 15%, modernized mechanisms and processes for more efficient database operation.
