Project objectives

  • Comprehensive automation of treasury functions of all Holding's subsidiaries based on the software product "1C: Holding Management."
  • Unification and standardization of treasury processes in all DOs of the Holding.
  • Phased transfer of all subsidiaries (subsidiaries) of the holding for maintenance to a specialized Unified Settlement Center (ERC), organized in the perimeter of the holding.
  • Execution of treasury operations in the information system by all enterprises of the holding.
  • Reduce labor costs for treasury functions.
  • Improving the quality of cash flow management of the holding.
  • Increase of payment discipline by all DOs of the holding.
  • The ability to control expenses for all projects, including those related to the execution of government contracts.

Project results

  • Transfer of the holding company's subsidiaries for maintenance in the ERC on the basis of a single centralized information system (Figure).
  • Unification and standardization of treasury processes and related processes at all holding subsidiaries.
  • Improving the financial discipline of DOs.
  • Transparency at all stages of Treasury processes.
  • Increase payment processing speed.
  • Reduction of labor costs for execution of treasury unit operations.
  • The ability to remotely work users through hardware and software, which is relevant during a pandemic, also made it possible to reduce the cost of renting a central office.
  • Ability to control DO payments by related divisions of the parent company (IT, security service, personnel, accounting).
  • Reduction of expenses for the office on the holding's scale for all DOs (paper, cartridges), which is relevant during the economic crisis.
  • Obtaining operational reports in the context of expanded analytics on the actual cash flow, balances on accounts throughout the holding.
  • Possibility of interaction with SSC in terms of payments (centralized formation of applications for payment of taxes and payment of wages, control over their timely execution).
  • Control of payment under contracts with suppliers (amounts, terms).
  • Centralized control of timely payment of bank payments (repayment of loans, interest on loans, leasing payments).
