Project objectives

  • Automate business processes in terms of agreement agreement.

  • Orderly and reliable storage of contractual documentation in the document repository.
  • Implement a complete document processing cycle.
  • Prevent loss of documents.
  • Increase the transparency of contractual document management.
  • Improving information security.
  • Reduction of time spent working with contracts in 1C: KORP Document Management. Employees of the company can maintain a large amount of contracts without problems.

Within the framework of the project, the processes of agreement and registration of contractual documents were automated:

  • creation and approval of the draft contract document;
  • registration of the contract document;
  • formation of related documents;
  • receipt of the signed document from the counterparty;
  • transfer of the document to the archive.

All the developed blocks are combined into a single system that ensures the complete interconnection of the company's business processes with each other, the establishment of uniform rules for maintaining contractual document management, and the control of work with documents.

Integration of the electronic document management system with the financial system 1C: Holding Management and the electronic archive system based on 1C: Document Flow CORP also implemented.

As a result, 250 users work in a single information space.
