In 2010 within structure of AlphaInsurance company the federal center of accounting (FCA) is created.

Need

The company considers this project very important and difficult strategic project. Its implementation will allow to lower costs for operational accounting within the next year and to increase transparency of business in scales of the AlphaInsurance group.

Premises to implementation

Within the FTsU project transition to a uniform corporate information system, implementation in branches of the new interface of sales and settlements of losses of the CMTPL and KASKO, transition to the new version of the automation system of accounting and also implementation of a corporate system of the operational reporting of QlikView is planned. Premises for development of the FTsU project arose a few years ago within operational management of the Moscow Regional Center (MRC).

Implementation

Part of works on project implementation is already executed: now a system is used in the Southern and Kazan regional centers of AlphaInsurance company. The experience accumulated by specialists of these divisions within the project will allow to carry out implementation of FTsU in other regional centers to shorter terms.

Implementation of the Federal Center of Accounting – the difficult task requiring efforts from the regional centers, branches, the central office. Nevertheless, the command AlphaInsurance is capable to solve it within this year, Evgenia Grishina, the operating officer of the company considers. It expressed confidence that implementation of FTsU will allow to optimize work of all divisions of the company, and results of its work will be highly appreciated by clients and partners of the company.
