2022: Launch of 5D printers

In October 2022, the first production of 5D printers was launched in Russia. We are talking about the project of the company "Stereotek." The equipment is designed to print industrial spare parts to replace imported originals.

5DTech technology can be used in aviation, automotive, prosthetics, construction, etc. According to the company's experts, on only one type of part, the benefit for the client can be up to 200 million rubles a year

5DTech

The 5D printer is a five-axis machine that allows you to tilt and rotate a part during its production, and this is its main visual difference from 3D printers. At the same time, the parts are four times stronger than those made on standard 3D printers, the production time is reduced. The technology is applicable in completely different industries: aviation, automotive, prosthetics, construction.

We work throughout the country - from the Far East to the Southern Federal District. There are clients in the Middle East - these are the Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, - said Artem Avdeev, General Director of Stereotek LLC.

According to him, a site was opened with a design capacity of 960 printers per year. These are four production circuits. By October 2022, one production loop was launched with a capacity of one printer per day. Next, printers are sent to our customers - industrial enterprises that use equipment to replace parts in machines.

The bulk of the machines are now imported. And in the current conditions, starting with the covid situation, when the delivery times have increased, and today, when the supply of some spare parts has stopped altogether, production has the opportunity with the help of our equipment to ensure the uninterrupted operation of its work, "Avdeev added.[1]
