The Novosibirsk Stroy-Trade manages trade in 1C

Specialists of the Novosibirsk branch "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BITS) gave to the company to Stroy-Trade an opportunity to use advantages and new program capabilities "1C: Trade Management 8" for obtaining necessary data for acceptance of right management decisions and effective planning.

For conducting operational accounting in the company the 1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7 program was used, however it did not satisfy all requirements of the enterprise, in particular, did not allow to perform planning and to receive necessary analytical reports. As an optimal solution with a necessary range of functions the 1C: Trade Management 8 program using which five jobs were automated is selected.

Data entry in a new system without transfer of information from earlier used solution allowed the organization to modify the business processes. The program allowed to automate the following sections of work and transaction:

• Sales management;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory control;
• Planning of trade operations;
• Customer relationship management and with suppliers;
• Client-bank;
• Maintaining payment schedule.

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) installed the program and carried out its setup according to specifics of account policy of the enterprise. Within free working hours of the specialist the staff of BIT rendered necessary consultations on work with the program. In order that the solution also in the future considered all changes of the regulatory base and was timely updated, was subscribed on the Information and Technology Maintenance (ITM).
