Grodnooblavtotrans has built an ecosystem of digital processes based on Directum. Directum (Directive) announced this on October 25, 2022.

For employees of the organization, paper document flow is a thing of the past: now work with correspondence, contracts, accounts and appeals of citizens is carried out in numbers.

The Civil Project (a subsidiary of Softline Belarus and a business partner of Directum) has implemented Directum solutions in the parent company of Grodnooblavtotrans.

As a result of the project:

• Reduced time for document processing and inbound correspondence registration
• increased transparency of processes and executive discipline of employees;
• reduced risks of violation of deadlines when working with citizens' appeals.

Earlier, Grodnooblavtotrans used a classic paper document flow, which ceased to meet the needs of the company. To speed up processes and reduce the cost of organizing them, it was decided to implement a system for managing digital processes and documents.

Grodnooblavtotrans OJSC plans to scale the experience of digitalization to all branches of the company.
