AI Monitoring (formerly S.Monitoring) is a predictive analytics system for monolithic works.
2022: Developed by S.Monitoring
On October 25, 2022, the Samolet Group announced the development of a predictive analytics system for monolithic works S. Monitoring. The system allows you to calculate the volume of work performed online, signal downtime and determine their causes, predict the completion date, predict risks, record safety violations and even identify the offender. The solution is designed to increase labor productivity and reduce the CIW cycle. As part of the tests of the system, it was possible to increase the productivity of monolithic work and achieve an output of 6.92 floors of a monolithic frame per month, which is almost 40% higher than the average production in the industry (5 floors per month).
The neural network allows you to compare the number of workers and the worked time with the production rates. Thus, it was possible to reduce the number of downtime and increase labor productivity by 40%. The neural network also automatically records violations at facilities related to occupational safety and health: the presence of helmets, vests and belts. By monitoring the condition of the safety elements, the fires on the cranes are now excluded, and in case of critical deviations, the crane is automatically disconnected from the power supply in parallel by sending notifications to the responsible persons.
For collection data , a group of sensors combined into a single ecosystem is used, then the neural network processes the received information one and outputs the result in the form of indicators to the monitoring center. For example, by obtaining data from a camera mounted on the crane boom and special sensors, the smart system is able to recognize the type and weight of the load being lifted, and calculate the total load of the crane during the day. All data on the actions performed by the crane are included in an automated report in which the system shows the actual load of the crane, and also gives recommendations to prevent downtime.
The proactive introduction of digital tools, elements Lean and mechanization during construction the work helped us not only to increase the productivity of monolithic work, but also to reduce the construction time of monolithic buildings. For example, we are now building a 17-story monolithic building 50 days faster, and on a 25-story monolithic building in the Bolshoi Putilkovo project we received a SPM in 21 months, "commented Alexander Padius, head of projects to improve the efficiency of the Samolet group. - The crane monitoring system has no analogues in the world market, and even before the official release to the external audience, we received a request for its purchase from one of the world's largest developers. |
