Retail Analytic System (RAS)

The Retail Analytic System (RAS) system is intended for collecting, storage, the publication, the analysis of statistical and business data and acceptance on their basis of business solutions.

The BI solution includes:

• High-performance data warehouse
• The ETL set adapted for the Supermagician 2000 system (Extract, Transform and Load) loading processes of data
• OLAP
• Visualization there is Dashboards (the personalized dashboards), interactive reports, the regulated flat reports (MS Word, the MS Excel, pdf)

The RAS system represents a shrink-wrapped software product which contains:

• 6 OLAP cubes: Documents, Cash vouchers, Inventory, Remaining balance, Current remaining balance, Supplier orders
• 11 measurements: Time, Shops, Partners, Goods, Attributes of goods, Barcodes of goods, Taxes, Document types, Transaction types, Types of payments, Discount types

More than 100 indicators:

• Basic: Quantity, amounts receipt, account, etc.
• Settlement: Margin, revenue, income
• Retrospective (the companies allowing to show dynamics of activity): basic and settlement indicators for the last periods
• Final (allowing to show a share of the interesting element from total amount)

More than 60 ready reports with a possibility of any grouping, are broken into the following groups:

• The analysis of sales by goods, suppliers, shops
• Analysis of trade inventories
• Analysis of cash vouchers
• ABC& XYZ analysis
• Different summary reports

• The administration module which will allow system administrators to receive activities reports of users:
  • Time of login
  • Who, when and and what requests created
  • Or unsuccessful report execution was successful
  • Whether there was a request to a DB or data in the report got from a cache
  • Runtime of reports, etc.

• Dashboard of the manager of quality of data there is a Set of the reports showing when in the accounting system there were changes "backdating", according to this moment reset of data in storage is necessary
  • On cash vouchers
  • According to documents

Besides a System gives the chance to consider features of work of the initial trading system. For example, in an Analytical System there is an opportunity to configure the procedure of transfer of cash vouchers from closing date of the z-report for real date a check probitiya - it allows to carry out more authentically the analysis of sales and returns on cash vouchers, in a binding by real day of sale.

An OLAP System allows to build independent reports to a DB, expanding with that possibilities of the Trading System regarding operational obtaining information. Business users can build reports by own efforts (without involvement of IT specialists), just setting report parameters (time, a commodity group, etc.) and combining the indicators (quantity, the amount, shop, etc.) existing in a System.
