2022: Launch of sales of charging stations for electric vehicles at M.Video-Eldorado

At the end of October 2022, M.Video-Eldorado launched the first retail sales of charging stations for electric vehicles. We are talking about the equipment of the Belarusian company Vityaz.

The first to go on sale were three models of electric charging stations weighing 7-9 kg, equipped with a built-in charging cable 4.5 m long. The cost starts from 36,999 rubles. The stations are designed for wall mounting and can be installed in private premises, in public parking lots, as well as in parking lots for vehicles of employees of enterprises and organizations where an electric car will last several hours. Charging stations are powered from the electric network using a built-in cable 2.5 m long with a power plug designed for 32 A current of a single-phase or three-phase network, depending on the model of the electric charging station. The set includes the corresponding power outlet.

Vityaz EC-302-11

The EC-302-11 model is equipped with a built-in charging cable with a Type 1 connector (J1772, USA). Compatible with electric vehicles manufactured in the United States and other countries and equipped with a Type 1 connector, for example: Nissan Leaf, Fiat 500e, KIA Soul EV, Chevrolet Bolt, etc. (an additional adapter is required to charge Tesla electric vehicles (USA)). The approximate full charging time of the first generation Nissan Leaf electric car will be about 3 hours.

The EC-302-71 station is equipped with a built-in charging cable with a Type 2 connector (IEC 62196-2, Europe), designed to charge electric vehicle batteries with three-phase or single-phase alternating current in Mode 3. The maximum power output during charging is 7.2 kW. The model is compatible with electric cars manufactured in Europe and other countries and equipped with a Type 2 connector, for example: Nissan Leaf II and Tesla for the European market, Audi e-Tron, Opel Ampera e, BMW i3, Hyundai Ioniq, Geely Geometry C, etc.
