L-SYS

The L-SYS system represents the software package intended for automation of activity of analytical services of commercial and non-profit organizations of a different profile.

A system allows to organize collecting of text information from open sources (electronic media, analytical reports of experts, other databases), to organize their automated processing, effective storage, carrying out the analysis and reports generation. A system allows to organize formal files on different objects of monitoring – persons, the companies, government institutions and also to store descriptions of their relationship and events with them occurring. A part of the relations and events can have references to text materials where their more detailed description is provided. This approach allows to carry out full-text and parametrical search for text materials and parametrical search of certain objects, relations and events. The created formal model gives the chance to reveal also implicit communications between objects of monitoring. The developed reporting facilities allow to create reports in text, tabular and mnemoskhematichny formats.

System implementation purpose

The purpose of implementation of a multi-user information and analytical system of "L-SYS" is:

• Creation of uniform archive of the text and multimedia information, for quality improvement and the speed of work of analytical service;
• Providing analyst with means of effective search of the information text and multimedia information;
• Creation of archive of objects of monitoring (persons, the companies), for the purpose of tracking of their current status and a status in the course of their life activity;
• Providing analyst with means of effective search of required objects of monitoring;
• Creation of uniform archive of events, relationship and statuses on objects of monitoring (having temporary, geographical and thematic cuts) selected as from the processed text materials and imported from external databases;
• Providing analyst with means of effective search of events and relationship;
• Identification of the implicit (mediated) communications between objects of monitoring;
• Fixing of results analytical researches by generation of news and analytical digests, the formalized reports, etc.
