2022: Implementation of the Working Time Monitoring System

The company CorpSoft24 on October 28, 2022 announced the completion of the project for the implementation of the REWTAS working time monitoring system at the head office of Gazprom Teploenergo in St. Petersburg. The decision will make it possible to increase the efficiency of personnel, in particular, in the process of preparing regulated and management reports. The pilot started in February 2022, in October the system was put into commercial operation.

With REWTAS, the company simplifies the implementation of the management cycle: planning and execution of tasks, control and adjustment of plans. For October 2022, the system has been introduced into the accounting unit, in the near future it is planned to connect the financial and economic division of the head office, - said Mikhail Lychagov, chief accountant of Gazprom Teploenergo.

REWTAS has various mechanisms for recording working hours, the system is flexible to the requirements of the company. In the Gazprom Teploenergo division, we used time tracking. He implies that the performer makes the appropriate marks when he starts and finishes solving the problem. Thus, it is possible to increase the efficiency of working time planning and optimize the process of fulfilling the task, - explained Konstantin Renzyaev, General Director of the CorpSoft24.
