NaviCon Group announced project completion of automation of the Russian division of R. STAHL AG international concern - R. Stahl LLC.
Project milestones
For problem solving of automation of the activity, the concern actively cooperates with the known western company Modus Consult. Specialists of this company developed for R. STAHL AG the Rstahl baseline system based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV - the concern uses the solution for automation of the child structures and receiving in the automatic mode of data on their work.
For localization of the solution and its implementation in the Russian company of concern the international command and which specialists of head office of concern, the staff of Modus Consult entered was created. From the Russian side specialists of NaviCon Group participated in project implementation.
Integration of the system implemented in the Russian division, and SAP automating work of the central office was as a result adjusted. Integration of two systems, gave the chance of exchange of orders in electronic form.
Creation of a common information space allows to create and provide also quickly in head office the reporting, necessary for corporation. Except preparation of the reporting for head office, top management had an opportunity to keep accounting and tax accounting in a system and also to prepare the reporting under RAS.
About results
Localization of the corporate solution developed based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, providing the large-scale integration level between the Russian representative office and head office and also preparation of the necessary reporting – both for corporation, and under RAS became a project deliverable.
Within project implementation business processes of purchases, sales and planning were automated. The module "Complete set" which allows to consider specifics of business is implemented: the Russian specialists of the company can make completion of the equipment upon the demand of the clients. The module gives the chance to automate process of accounting of these completions and to consider the reportings given by preparation.
Responses
Establishing close interaction on information exchange with head office was the main task of the project, Alexander Makhmudov, the CEO of R. STAHL LLC considers, it was important that data on purchases and sales automatically got to an information system of head office. According to him, it saves from unproductive labor costs and minimizes influence of a human factor. Quality of data and efficiency of their providing – the main requirements of concern, Alexander Makhmudov emphasized.
The project is implemented within three and a half months.
