Project date: 2021/09  - 2022/05

2022: Desnol Soft launches 1S:TOIR at Servolux pilot site

SZAO "Servolux"is the largest vertically integrated agro-industrial poultry market company CIS located in.
Belarus

The system 1S:TOIR put into commercial operation at the Belmit production site in May 2022. Such maintenance and repair processes (maintenance and repair) as:

  • accounting of equipment and regulations,
  • accounting of operating indicators,
  • maintenance and repair planning,
  • Order and work management,
  • Logistics management,
  • maintenance personnel management,
  • Efficacy analysis.

Before starting to implement the 1S:TOIR solution, Desnol Soft specialists conducted a thorough survey of the enterprise's business processes related to repair management.

When we started cooperation with Belmit, "says Alexey Grishanov, head of the TOIR production department at Desnol Soft, we found typical problems that most enterprises have. First of all, there is no full-fledged system for recording maintenance and repairs. The employees of the services of the chief mechanic and the chief power engineer, who are just engaged in repairs, had a certain chat in the messenger, where equipment malfunctions were reported. In addition, there was a web service that reflected the fact of troubleshooting these problems. In warehouses, illiquid inventory was constantly increasing, in other words, spare parts. This was due to the fact that orders for spare parts were carried out simply by necessity, and not for a specific repair, and if the repair was canceled, they remained in stock.

Tasks that the 1S:TOIR system will help solve first of all:

  • reduce the number of unscheduled repairs of equipment,
  • reduce internal document flow on paper and introduce a system for accounting for business processes of MR,
  • Establish inventory accounting - reduce inventory while maintaining the required quality of repairs.

To ensure the solution of these problems, it was necessary not only to implement the 1S:TOIR, but also to integrate it with other information systems. Belmit has already operated 1C:ERP Enterprise Management (1C: ERP), 1C: Enterprise Accounting (1C: BP), 1C: Production Enterprise Management (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management).

As part of the first integration, the 1C:ERP is used as an MDM system from which the main nomenclature and reference information is unloaded, which is necessary for 1S:TOIR: reference books "Organizations," "Enterprise Structure," "Warehouses," etc. Employees entered a part of reference books into system 1S:TOIR manually and loaded from Excel template. As a result, the 1S:TOIR information base was formed, consisting of 2453 repair objects, 898 standard repair objects, 5275 technological operations, 1655 process charts, etc.

With the 1S:BP system, the solution 1S:TOIR integrated into the transmission of asset data for correct cost accounting. Finally, a two-way integration of the logistics unit (logistics) was carried out with the 1S:UPP, which reflects the order, write-off and cost of the goods.

One of the goals that needed to be achieved through the introduction of an automated solution for managing equipment maintenance and repair processes was to reduce the number of unscheduled repairs. Today, based on the analysis of the obtained data, the company searches for the root causes of equipment stops. To reduce their impact on production (or their complete exclusion), point measures can now be developed (for example, changing service standards, strengthening quality control of work, forming an emergency stock of spare parts, etc.). In addition, specialists of technical services have the opportunity to form the needs of materials in the context of each piece of equipment and for a specific repair.

Even at the time of the start of the project, the task was fixed to reduce the internal document flow of MR on paper and the time for coordinating documents. Today, the accounting of these business processes (emergency and planned repair work, the formation of goods orders, the reflection of the fact of their use) is carried out in a single electronic information environment.

Pavel Pronkin, Project Manager of Servolux SZAO, spoke about the results of the implementation of the 1S:TOIR solution: With the launch of the 1S:TOIR at the enterprise, we have a tool for quickly obtaining up-to-date data on equipment maintenance and repairs. The solution allows us to analyze the effectiveness of M&R business processes in order to make decisions on their optimization. We have increased the efficiency of maintenance and MRO management by centralizing data on the operation, maintenance of equipment, its current technical condition and the possibility of conducting a plan of actual analysis of maintenance and repair work. Definitely, 1S:TOIR is a modern tool for improving the reliability of our equipment.

In addition to the project implementation at the pilot site of the enterprise, the 1S:TOIR will be implemented at six production sites of Servolyaks SZAO, located in Mogilev, Vitebsk and Minsk regions. The solution is already being implemented at Unimit CJSC. This is a new plant of a group of companies in the area of the city of Smolevichi, where raw semi-finished products and finished meat products are produced.

As a result of the project, Belmit created a single IT landscape - an information space that is ready for scaling and further development. This will allow the industry leader in the near future to achieve the maximum economic effect of automating repair management and, thus, increase production performance. And, no less important, the comprehensive automation of interconnected processes allows not only to obtain an economic effect, but also to clearly see and calculate it.
